1, Mixing machine: mixing raw materials, auxiliary materials and water and other materials, moderate speed, uniform mixing

2, Screw conveying: the use of screw mechanism to lift the raw material to the twin screw host feeder.

Double screw extruder: this machine is composed of feeding system, extrusion system, rotary cutting system, heating system, transmission system and control system. Using screw extrusion technology, using high temperature and high pressure to mature the material and puffing molding, one-time completion. The host adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to ensure the stability of the production process.

3, Vibration cooling: used for the initial cooling of the product, the product out of the last equipment evenly distributed to the next equipment.

4. Air feeder: used to transport puffed food to the next equipment.

5. Tablet press: Used to press semi-finished products into sheet products.

6, Lifting machine: used to lift the product to the oven.

7. Oven: used to dry and dehydrate the semi-finished products produced by belt drying device. A certain number of heating devices are installed in the oven to dry the semi-finished products by electric heating.
It is a commonly used drying dehydration device for extruded products.

8. Sugar spraying machine: the corn chip production line is used to adjust the taste of the product, the front section roller is used for seasoning, and the rear section roller is used for oil spraying, so the seasoning and oil spraying are operated separately, and the seasoning quality of the product is improved a lot.
