The opening degree of exhaust valve has great influence on heat distribution. Exhaust valve fully open, can promote steam flow, heat distribution is uniform, such as as long as one is not open or not open, the heat distribution is not uniform, and the cold point is not open near the exhaust valve.

Pot door leakage or valve running, dripping, leakage, pot heat distribution is not uniform, cold point shift.

Operation: Exhaust operation is the key. Exhaust is not sufficient, the cold air in the pot to form air bags, the cold point can not be eliminated, so that the pot heat distribution is not uniform and lead to incomplete sterilization. The heat distribution is uniform when the exhaust time is long and the temperature is high, and the F0 is obviously increased. The exhaust time and temperature can be appropriately extended.

Initial temperature: the initial temperature is high, the heat distribution is easy and uniform, and the different initial temperature has a very obvious effect on the F0 value.

Partition board: if you want to use must meet the requirements, it is recommended to leave the opening area should not be less than 20%, for flexible packaging, the opening area should not be less than 30%, the larger the opening area (the same cage way), the heat distribution is easy to uniform, after using the partition board should be appropriately extended exhaust time.
