The main components of gas boiler are gas burner and boiler controller

Gas boiler refers to the boiler whose fuel is gas, which can be natural gas composition, LNG, CNG gas, etc.

The main components of gas boiler are gas burner and boiler controller. Let’s have a detailed understanding of it.

First, gas burner

The gas burner structure consists of the following five systems:

1. The function of air supply system is to send a certain wind speed and air volume into the combustion chamber. Its main components are: shell, fan motor, fan impeller, air gun fire tube, damper controller, damper baffle, CAM regulating mechanism, diffusion disc.

2. Ignition system ignition system function is to ignite the mixture of air and fuel, its main components are: ignition transformer, ignition electrode, electric fire high voltage cable.

3. Monitoring system monitoring system function is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the burner, its main components are flame monitor, pressure monitor, temperature monitor and so on.

4. Fuel system The function of the fuel system is to ensure the fuel required for the combustion of the burner. The fuel system of fuel burner mainly includes: oil pipe and joint, oil pump, solenoid valve, nozzle, heavy oil preheater. Gas burner mainly has filter, voltage regulator, solenoid valve group, ignition solenoid valve group, fuel butterfly valve.

5. Electronic control system is the command center and contact center of the above systems, the main control components for the program controller, for different burners with different program controller, common program controller are: LFL series, LAL series, LOA series, LGB series, the main difference is the time of each procedure step.

Two, boiler controller

1. Large crystal display, built-in incandescent night light, no matter night or day, screen content clearly visible.

2. The image animation display water level state, heating state, pump valve state, alarm state, boiler operation at a glance.

3. CPU intelligent central processing unit, all programs concentrated on a digital chip, strong scalability, high degree of automation, simple operation, powerful function.

4. With time setting, temperature setting, pump valve setting, continuous setting, timing setting, pressure setting and other control functions, arbitrary setting working state.

5. With extremely low water level alarm (dry burning function), high water temperature alarm, high pressure alarm and other alarm functions and chain protection ability (stop), put an end to safety risks.
6, detailed self-diagnosis, record, store alarm information, can refer to the alarm situation at any time, convenient inspection and maintenance.
