Application range of spray pasteurization equipment

The spray pasteurization line is used for normal pressure pasteurization of various bottled and canned beverages, canned fruits and vegetables, etc. It can also be used for cooling tea beverages filled in PET bottles and warming bottles for carbonated beverages. The heating method can be selected, and the size of the equipment is customized according to the output and the characteristics of the item.

The pasteurization line adopts a tunnel-type sterilizer composed of multiple boxes. There are spray water temperature zones with different temperatures inside the machine. When sterilizing, the bottled products are transported to the pasteurization line box by the conveyor belt, and are preheated and kept warm. , cooling and other sterilization formulas are sterilized and then discharged through the conveyor belt. This pasteurization machine sterilization method has a stable sterilization time and a relatively good sterilization effect, effectively ensuring the consistency of product sterilization effects.

The size of the equipment is generally customized according to the customer’s output, whether it is long or short. Because it is bottled and sterilized, this sterilization method has no post-infection, and there is no requirement for a sterile state. Relatively speaking, the sterilization effect is reliable, except for motors, bearings, etc. The standard parts are all made of high-quality stainless steel SUS304, which meets the export food hygiene requirements. Each stand-alone machine in the assembly line can be customized according to the different processing characteristics of the user to meet the process requirements.
