What is the working principle of CIP cleaning system?

CIP cleaning system is an in situ cleaning system used in food and beverage factories. Food, especially dairy processing equipment and pipes will produce some sediment after use. If not cleaned in time and thoroughly, the quality of products will be directly affected. CIP (Cleaning In Place) is an In situ Cleaning system, which means that the whole production line is cleaned and disinfected In a closed loop without manual disassembly or opening. It is an ideal method for equipment and pipeline Cleaning. It has been widely used In the food industry, especially In the dairy industry, and has been automated. Milk itself is a nutrient, easily contaminated and spoiled, so cleaning is the most important production link of dairy processing and production, is the premise of qualified products.

When the system is running, the cleaning liquid is transported to the pipeline and equipment to be cleaned with a pump according to the preset program, and then the cleaning liquid is sucked back to the cleaning liquid storage tank with a self-priming pump. In the cleaning process, the concentration of the cleaning liquid is diluted, and the corresponding high concentration medium can be added through the cleaning liquid replenishment device to adjust the concentration of the cleaning liquid. CIP system adopts automatic control, with automatic liquid distribution (concentration control) and heating (temperature control) functions.
