A hot water boiler is a thermal energy conversion equipment that provides hot water. It transfers the heat released by burning fuel to the water in the pot, which raises the temperature of the water in the pot for heating or domestic use. Hot water boiler inlet and outlet flow are water, most of them are forced circulation through the pressure of the pump, but also some in the boiler body by the water temperature caused by the severe difference in natural circulation. Pressure maintenance
Suitable for the production of spare boiler or out of service for short maintenance, the time is not more than one week. Maintenance methods are as follows:
(1) After stopping the furnace, drain all the furnace water, clean up the scale and water slag in the furnace, and add qualified softening water again.
(2) Regular use of small fire heating, or regular use of adjacent boiler steam heating furnace water, so that the boiler water temperature in summer should be maintained at the ambient temperature of +10℃, winter should ensure that the furnace water does not freeze, close all vent valve, blowdown valve and drain valve, prevent water leakage.
(3) The boiler provides water regularly, and the pressure in the boiler is 0.05MPa ~0.1MPa to prevent air from entering the drum.
