Stainless steel mix tank agitator classification

Stainless steel stirring tank needs to understand different types when used. Only by understanding most of the types of stainless steel stirring tank can we use more skilled, so today’s main introduction is the blade type of stainless steel stirring tank. Mainly divided into the following categories: anchor agitator, stainless steel agitator tank screw belt agitator, paddle agitator, rotary paddle agitator. If we understand the specific type, we believe that it will be more easy to use.

Agitator classification is mainly as follows:

1. Paddle agitator: there are two kinds of flat paddle type and oblique paddle type. The flat paddle agitator consists of two straight blades. It is commonly used in the mixing of low viscosity liquids and the dissolution and suspension of solid particles.

2. Turn on the turbine agitator: it is generally composed of three blades and many blades. With good circulation and shear capacity, generally used for solid dissolution, reaction, heat transfer, emulsification, crystallization, solid suspension and other operations.

3. Disk turbine agitator: it is composed of 2 ~ 4 flat or curved blades installed on the horizontal disk.
The radial flow of a turbine is highly turbulent when it rotates, which is suitable for the dispersion and liquid-liquid reaction of gases and inmissoluble liquids.

4. Promote the agitator: made up of 2 ~ 3 pusher propeller leaf, agitator shaft can be horizontal or oblique inserted into the groove, the loop of fluid flow asymmetry, can increase the turbulent, prevent surface sag, more for tank side in mixing and desulfurizing side into the type mixing, fermenter, and food deep processing of saccharifying tank side into the mixing.

5. Anchor frame agitator: Anchor frame agitator is a low-speed runoff type, and various forms of frame agitator can adapt to containers of various geometric shapes. Generally working in laminar flow state, suitable for low viscosity liquid level arbitrary change or medium, high viscosity mixing, heat transfer, dissolution, heterogeneous phase mass transfer, reaction operation.

6. Screw belt agitator: slow agitator, in laminar flow area operation. Suitable for high viscosity mixed heat transfer process.

7. Special purpose agitator: including aeration impeller, defoaming paddle, stabilizing ring, etc.
