Matters needing attention and key points in operation of electric heating jacket kettle

Notes for operation of electric heating jacket kettle:

1. Connect electricity and add heat conduction oil:

(1) R3/4 “×90 outer screw head and 3/4 screw button ball valve are each at the right rear 45° of the outer gallbladder rotary arc, for exhaust.
The exhaust device in the jacket, which is conducive to the heat conduction oil heating process of gas discharge, in order to prevent the heat conduction oil heating process of splashing out.

(2) When filling the 200L electric heating jacket kettle with 55kg heat conduction oil of 320 type (data is for reference only), first put the pot flat and fix the pot body with the locking device, then connect the exhaust ball valve with the oil inlet oil pot device for use, open the oil measurement hole for exhaust, pay attention to observe the oil measurement hole, put the pot flat until the heat conduction oil overflow from the hole.

This hole is also the usual observation hole for heat conduction oil. Please fill it when the heat conduction oil is less than this limit.

(3) When the heat conduction oil starts to heat, the oil inlet oil pot device should be removed, and the exhaust ball valve should be opened. After heating, the exhaust ball valve should be closed, and the kettle can be poured by shaking the handle.
Use the oil inlet oil can device as an accessory. Connect the oil refueling device with the exhaust ball valve for use when refueling, and remove it after refueling.

(4) Measure the temperature of heat conducting oil, the set temperature is detected through the electric control box. When the set temperature is exceeded, the heating will not continue. On the contrary, when the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heating will continue.

(5) At the bottom of the oil discharge device, install 3/4 ball valve (high temperature resistance 300℃), when the need to release oil can be opened the ball valve, so that the oil can be more convenient.

2. The kettle is scrubbed clean, put into the material, should first inject heat conduction oil, connect the power supply, when the material reaches the required temperature and predetermined heating time, turn off the power supply.
The handwheel can be rotated to tilt the kettle and discharge the material.
At this point, that is the completion of a job.

3. Each operation, should check the capacity of heat conduction oil, so as not to cause dry heating, damage to equipment.

4. In order to ensure the cleanliness of the heat conducting oil, it should be replaced every three months.

5. In order to keep clean, each use, that is, should be cleaned once.

6. The tilting jacket kettle should check whether the rotation part is lubricated well before use. The oil cup should be filled with grease and the worm gear and worm bite can be injected with proper amount of grease.
