First, a brief introduction to the cylinder system: the stainless steel mixing tank consists of a cylinder and accessories for carrying the mixing material and supporting parts. Its main functions are sealing, feeding, and observation. Easy to operate and maintain.
Secondly, the stirring system: the stirring shaft, the stirring arm, the stirring knife and the cylinder lining (wear-resistant lining plate) form the main stirring function. The stirring system relies on parallel double horizontal shafts to rotate in opposite directions, the direction of which is not clockwise when the shaft end faces the right side of the head or tail; the left side does not run counterclockwise. The quantity varies depending on the mixer model to achieve a uniform mixing effect in a short time.
Finally, we introduce the stirring system: it consists of stirring motor, driving wheel and driving wheel, transmission belt, coupling, reducer and connecting sleeve, chrysanthemum shaft and chrysanthemum sleeve, and large and small pulley protective cover. Its function is to transmit to two stirring shafts at high speed to low speed through the chrysanthemum sleeve.
