The working principle of colloid mill is shearing grinding and high speed stirring. Grinding depends on the relative movement of two tooth surfaces, one of which rotates at high speed and the other is stationary, so that the material passing through the tooth surfaces is subjected to great shear force and friction force. At the same time, under the action of complex forces such as high frequency vibration and high speed vortex, the material can be effectively dispersed, emulsified, crushed and homogenized.
JINGYE Colloidal Mill is a kind of equipment for fine grinding of fluid and semi-fluid materials.
