If you choose to start with milk as an ingredient, a cheese VAT is essential. Its main functions are milk coagulation and milk curd preparation; these processes are the basis of traditional cheeses.

JINGYE Cheese Vat ensure efficient handling of the curds, performing gentle cutting and stirring actions.

The gentle and steady flow of the product reduces the fragmentation of the curd particles and avoids the deposition of material at the bottom.

All manufactured in SUS 304/316 stainless steel, equipped with heating/cooling system and equipped with CIP automatic cleaning system.
